Welcome to a comprehensive course, a module in the Diploma in Holistic Counselling program, designed to support counsellors and support workers to navigate diversity.
This 28 lesson program is designed to support working with diversity such as gender, age, disabilities, LGBTQIA+, cultural, linguistic and faith communities, neurodiversity, all elements of diversity.
This course highlights and challenges implicit bias from a place of calling in and appreciation along with up-skilling participants on sensitive and inclusive language, inclusion, cultural etiquette in relation to conflict, relationships and many other aspects of diversity.
