‘All the Feels’ – The Feelings Series is a comprehensive short course on navigating feelings, overwhelm and ways to change the brain and nervous system to be able to thrive rather than survive in our fast paced world, whilst creating in inner sanctuary to guide you. This is a course that you can do in your own time over 6 days.

Throughout my practice I have seen clients over and over again try to navigate feelings, gain a sense of mastery over them without any skills or modelling growing up. In all my training in psychology we did not talk about feelings therefore I have made it my life’s work to discover what works, here are the foundations of being with feelings with ease.
COURSE CONTENT
The course is over 6 days and each day a new lesson is sent to you, these include:
Lesson 1: Direct Experience
In these challenging, changing and discombobulating times we need more internal resources and skills to navigate our emotional landscape to ensure we stay centred, have choices as we are not overwhelmed by feelings, fear or grief.
Lesson 2: Tapping it Home
When feelings are too overwhelming to Direct Experience, and often have trauma reactions and somatic memories entwined within them using Emotional Freedom Techniques means are often quickly able to restore a sense of equilibrium and centredness to be able to address difficult situations and feelings.
Lesson 3: Befriending Your Nervous System
Becoming a master of knowing where you are at in your autonomic nervous system, what you do when triggered, means that you can master it. Mastery rather than being a slave to its fight/flight response or the emptiness of a dorsal vagal collapse when we feel completely hopeless means you have a sense of agency, a calmness to address the big stuff in your life.
There are an array of tools here, including an art map to map out your nervous system so you can Name it, Claim it and Tame it.
Lesson 4: Questioning Stressful Thoughts
Unquestioned thoughts cause stress, loneliness, conflict, shame and anxiety, amongst a myriad of other feelings. Discovering the stressful thought that is undermining a sense of self and connection with life and others and knowing how to enquire into it so the thought lets go of you, means you experience a freedom beyond the minds chatter.

Lesson 5: Soul Support
Ever wanted someone to be in your court, to be there to support you in overwhelming times, however you feel?
Developing inner resources gets us through the tough times. Our soul provides support, inner strength and compassion as well as guidance! Yes you can ask your soul questions to help make decisions or hand feelings over to them to address within a certain time frame!

Lesson 6: Create Your Day
Change your neurological pathways to inspire, and ignite a sense of hope and aliveness rather than the dreaded sense of ground hog day. Often we get stuck in old neurological pathways, I call them ski runs, and we don’t know how to get out of them. When we use the same ski run over and over again, it gets more entrenched, so sometimes we find it harder to jump out of it.
Becoming a master of your day sets the day up, right from the beginning of bringing a little magic to your day. Here’s how.
