In regards to course withdrawls, I understand that: *Yes, I understand and agree to these terms.Withdrawals from the course are to follow The Awakening Group withdrawal procedure outlined in the course manual and handbook, if not students will not be entitled to a refund., Students enrolment in the course indicates a full commitment by the student to attend the entire course.

In regards to course refunds, I understand that: *Yes, I understand and agree to these terms.TAG does not normally give refunds if I simply change my mind or make a wrong selection on commencement of the course., I may apply to defer my enrolment for no longer than 6 months, under various circumstances and in consultation with the Course Principal., Refunds may be made, less fees, within 48 hours prior to the course commencement, if received in writing within this timeframe, Dispute procedures are to be adhered to throughout the enrolment period of the course.

In regards to the Code of Conduct, I understand that: *Yes, I understand and agree to these terms.This is professional training and as such students are required to make all efforts to conduct themselves in a professional manner during their training both inside and outside the College when dealing with other students, clients/case studies, and other professional bodies., I must not practice outside of the constraints of the course, in the name of TAG unless sort written permission for prior from the Course Principal., I represent TAG throughout the course, and is requested I adhere to the code of ethics and conduct in all their practice and interactions.

In regards to confidentiality, I understand that: *Yes, I understand and agree to these terms.Confidentiality of all course participants is requested and must be adhered to at all times. Students beaching confidentiality will be mentored accordingly., Students details remain confidential unless it is feared they are in danger to themselves or to others. In this case only the necessary information maybe disclosed to the appropriate agency., Student details will not be passed on in anyway to any other person or party outside of The Awakening Group without the expressed permission from the students

In regards to attendance, I understand that: *Yes, I understand and agree to these terms.TAG reserves the right to decline from offering a student a place in the upcoming Counsellor Training program, and will advise of recommended procedure prior to re-enrolling., It is the responsibility of the student to disclose any condition that maybe aggravated by participation in Counsellor Training prior to training commencement., If a medical condition arises making it impossible for the student to participate further in the training the student can apply to The Awakening Group for a deferral., A student may terminate this contract for medical reasons, and must provide a medical certificate with written notification of withdrawal. All withdrawal procedures must be adhered to
