The Program

Welcome to a comprehensive module on navigating case work, another level of counselling that involves the client, other stakeholders, therapists, and health workers working together.

The program is divided into 4 Modules:

  1. Case Management
  2. Conducting Case Management Meetings
  3. Develop Case Management Plans
  4. Monitor and Review Case Work Activities and Processes

Where to Start

The online classroom is ordered in the order and each lesson within the 4 modules has a short quiz. At the end of the module there is a more comprehensive quiz to consolidate your knowledge. Once you have completed that lesson you can then access the next lesson, and then the next module when the last lesson in that module is completed. Each lesson has a couple of quiz questions then at the end of each module there is a Summary, and Reflection questions that are marked manually.

The live webinar recording will be added into the classroom on completion
