The Program
Welcome to a comprehensive module on navigating crises, a level of counselling that involves mandatory reporting, intervention, regulating the client’s nervous, and taking care of yourself as the health care professional
The program is divided into 4 Modules:
- Identify Imminent Crisis Situations
- Address Immediate Safety Concerns
- Crisis Intervention Support
- Self Care
Where to Start
The online classroom is ordered in the order and each lesson within the 4 modules has a short quiz. At the end of the module there is a more comprehensive quiz to consolidate your knowledge. Once you have completed that lesson you can then access the next lesson, and then the next module when the last lesson in that module is completed. Each lesson has a couple of quiz questions then at the end of each module there is a Summary, and Reflection questions and a Case Study that are marked manually.
The live webinar recording will be added into the classroom on completion
