Our attachment styles tell the story of our systemic loss and trauma. Meeting a client's attachment style, despite being fluid depending on who you are interacting with, creates rapport quickly, gives therapists access to how to soothe, how to interact with the client, what to look for, as well as address the fundamentals issues in the family story.
